Landon Donovan During L.A Galaxy Game

I’m sure everyone remembers Landon Donovan from the memorable 2010 World Cup this year. Landon is known as ‘the hero of soccer’ for the majority of Americans, helping the U.S get to the round of 16 with amazing goals during the World Cup. I’m not the one to disagree, I find Landon to be one of the greatest American Soccer players in our time, but apparently he has some other hidden skills to show the rest of the world.

Dancing? Yes, that’s right. Rumors are going around that Landon was asked to be part of the next Dancing With the Stars season. Maybe his footwork in soccer will help him on the stage. The one thing we’re all sure of for this season’s Dancing With the Stars, is that if Landon does indeed join, then it will most likely be the most popular season they’ve had.

The only question that’s bugging me, and I’m sure many other people is, should we be scared or excited about Landon’s dancing. Well, according to Donovan, his dancing might not live up to the standards of the show, but it does catch attention. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest about the show, Landon answered, “You haven’t seen me dance, have you? … My only hope is that they don’t find a picture of me dancing somewhere in Vegas. That could be brutal.” I’m sure it would be Mr. Donovan, I’m sure it would be.

So is Landon Donovan going to be on Dancing With the Stars? No one knows. But we know that there might be a slight possibility after he talked about what type of partner he wanted, “I think my only request would be to get one of the really hot dancer girls. Those girls are so hot, and they’re so fit.” Well said Mr.Donovan, great insight.

Maybe Erin Andrews would be the perfect partner for Landon. She was on the last season of Dancing With the Stars, so with her experience and Landon’s footwork, I’d say they’re a shoo-in for finals.

That being said, Landon is married to actress Bianca Kajlich, who he’s trying to rekindle his relationship with, so maybe partnering with ‘really hot dancer girls’ wouldn’t be the best idea for the their marriage.

Well, whatever his decision is, we still will love him (but it would be better if danced). I know that the whole world would want to see him do the tango, so maybe he shouldn’t keep us fans waiting on his final decision. Who knows, maybe if he does dance, he’ll get one of those ‘fit’ dance partners. So if I were you, I would choose wisely Mr. Donovan.
